 + September 21, 2004 Functional Fabrics, Inc. receives approval and Purchase Order on “CDO” (Closet Door Organizer) and the “LLS” (Leifheit Ladder Saddle) totaling $105,625

 + August 21, 2004, Functional Fabrics, Inc. enters into an agreement to design and manufacture multiple products (Closet Organizer, Ladder Storage / Ladder Saddle, Cleaning Supply Organizer and Trash Bag for Maid Cart).

 + August 18, 2004, FFI’s design and proto types of the “CDO” Closet Door Organizer and  “LLS” Leifheit Ladder Saddle are approved for sale and distribution by Cinmar’s Frontgate and grandinroad.

 + July 29, 2004, Dayton Daily News article on Functional Fabrics, Inc. and their growth.

 + International interest by Charwood Machinery of England for exclusive distribution rights in England and Ireland.  Lee Valley Tools in Ontario, Canada has placed a significant order for distribution throughout Canada for both in-store retail and online catalog.

 + July 22, 2004, both products, the Garden Tool Organizer and the Five-in-1 Tool Caddy, have been accepted and will be for sale on QVC.

 + June 23, 2004 the Garden Tool Organizer is on display at the 2004 Homearama in Springboro, Ohio in the “Fairchild” model designed and built by Van Con Incorporated.

 + Upon returning from the show, Functional Fabrics, Inc. was contacted by Glenn Haege, a Home Improvement Radio Talk Host and columnist for The Detroit News, to inform us that he was writing an article about new products he viewed at the Las Vegas show.  He wanted to include the Garden Tool Organizer in the Saturday, May 22, issue.  Once the Garden Tool Organizer appeared in The Detroit News, both online and telephone response surpassed our expectations.  Over 160 units have been sold to readers in a short two (2) week period.

 + May 10, 11, and 12, 2004, Functional Fabrics, Inc. attended the National Hardware with Lawn and Garden World Show in Las Vegas, NV as an exhibitor with The Garden Tool Organizer.  The show was a resounding success with interest from such retailers as QVC, Wal-Mart, Target, Tractor Supply, Brookstone, Frontgate, Solutions, Picket Fence, and many more smaller retailers.

 + November 2003, Functional Fabrics, Inc. is a newly formed corporation located in Dayton, Ohio whose New Products and Distribution are growing in leaps and bounds and whose future looks very bright.
